The O'Neill HyperFreak 3/2mm+ Chest Zip Fullsuit is built on O'Neill's flagship F.U.Z.E. platform with an extra 0.5mm of warmth — making it the ideal suit for mid-season to early winter sessions when a standard 3/2 isn't quite enough and a 4/3 is too much.
The PLUS (+) designation means you get 0.5mm more neoprene across the core, pushing the warmth window into the 58–65°F range. Built from Recycled TechnoButter 3 and TB3X neoprene — 90% or more recycled fibers in the liner fabrics — high performance with a reduced environmental footprint.
- F.U.Z.E. Closure (Front Upper Zip Entry) — chest zip seals cold water out during duck dives and paddle-outs; no cold flush down the spine
- Recycled TechnoButter 3 (Full Body/Legs) — O'Neill's lightest eco neoprene with exceptional flex and near-zero water absorption

- PLUS (+) 0.5mm Extra Thickness — extra warmth layer over standard 3/2 for sessions in the mid-50s to low 60s

Sizing: Men's sizes S–XXL including tall variants. Refer to O'Neill's size chart using chest and height for best fit.
Care: Rinse in fresh water inside and out after every session. Hang inside-out away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.
Oversized Items
Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.

Delivery Times

Tracking
