At Revolution, we work hard to get your gear out quickly and safely so you can get back in the water.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.
Oversized Items
Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Surfboards
- Travel surfboard bags
- Skateboards
- Skimboards
- Bodyboards
- SUPs
- SUP and kayak paddles
- Balance boards
- Flexi-Hex and other large-format accessories

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. If you have questions about pickup, please contact us before or after placing your order.

Delivery Times
Transit times vary based on destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Revolution is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, shipping delays, loss, or damage in transit may be outside our direct control, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
